35mm x 19mm stretcher bar profile with radiused lip and made for smaller and medium canvases

Standard Stretcher Bars are slotted for easy assembly and they take wedges in each corner for tensioning the canvas. Made from finger-jointed slow growing Baltic pine.

FSC Mix 70% and great value. 

Standard Stretcher Bars work only with Standard Brace Bars. Using these helps minimise the possibility of longer sides bowing under tension. Standard Stretcher Bars of 737mm and longer are notched in the centre of the inner face to take Standard Brace Bars. Standard Brace Bars are notched to cross at the centre and sit flush.

Standard Stretcher Bars are 35mm x 19mm lip height. 16mm thick
