Instantly recognisable and timeless

A consistent light brown with compact darker brown grain. Oak bare woods can be very hard but will cut and join on professional equipment. It is best finished with neutral or coloured waxes or stain. Limed and patina effect waxes are very popular.

While we take care to match the grain and colour between lengths it’s important to be aware that bare woods vary more widely than finished woods. They can also be a little more prone to warping and twisting.
