Conservation grade water-resistant fluted frame backing board, white face and back

Double-fluted board specially created and made by Crescent for conservation quality framing. Made with double corrugated kraft board. The high quality White liners on both faces are 190 gsm, lignin-free, buffered, 8-8.5 pH and PAT tested. Board is 1200mm x 800mm so we can pack and send them to you with your mountboard order.

This board is pH neutral and contains no optical brightening agents. It is gently bowed to keep the artwork flat.

These backing boards have a water-resistant coating on the back to help protect the art from moisture – this is on the hollow curved face with Corri-Cor logos. It works with most gummed and self-adhesive sealing tapes. Easy to cut with a knife or on any mountcutter or wall cutter with no dust or formaldehyde vapour.

Pictures on paper can safely be laid directly onto the board without the need for an extra barrier board.

Mixed Sheet Despatch: Ordering sheet material from LION is easy, you don't have to order in full packs. Mix and match single sheets of mountboard and other selected sheet materials. You just need to order a mixture of at least ten sheets in total.
